1. Who we are and what you can expect

Authentico Auto Sales LLC is a licensed used vehicle dealer in Las Vegas, Nevada, operating as Authentico Auto Sales. We sell used cars from our lot at 3188 E Fremont St, by appointment.

These terms cover your use of www.authenticoautosales.com and the messages we send you. By using this website or by agreeing to receive messages from us, you agree to what is written here.

What our messages are about. If you give us permission, we may send you text messages and emails about: appointment confirmations and reminders, answers to questions you asked us, updates about a vehicle you are interested in, service and maintenance reminders for a vehicle you bought from us, and occasionally offers or news about our inventory. Which of those you receive depends on which permissions you gave us.

2. Text messages

Consent

We text people who gave us their number and told us we could. We do not buy lists. We do not text strangers.

Marketing consent and non-marketing consent are separate, and you can give us one without the other. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages from us.

How to stop

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 702.789.6933, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Email

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works. Messages about a transaction you are actually in, such as an appointment you booked or a car you bought, are not marketing and may still reach you.

4. This website

What is on it. We publish our inventory, our prices, and what we know about each vehicle. We work hard to keep it accurate and current.

But a website is not a car. Listings can be out of date. A vehicle shown here may be sold, and details can contain errors. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and no price shown here is a contract. The vehicle in front of you at the lot, its Buyers Guide, and the paperwork you sign are what govern a sale. If this website and those documents ever disagree, those documents win.

Photographs. Some images on this site are illustrative rather than photographs of the specific vehicle. Where a photograph shows the actual vehicle, we say so. Come see the car.

Availability. We do not promise this website will always be available or error-free. It is a website.

Our content. The text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to Authentico Auto Sales LLC. You are welcome to read it, share it, and link to it. Do not republish it as your own.

Links out. We link to other sites, including vehicle history reports and government resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

5. What these terms do not cover

These terms say nothing about the condition of any vehicle, and they do not disclaim, limit, or modify anything about a vehicle we sell.

That is deliberate. The Buyers Guide displayed on a vehicle is part of the sales contract for that vehicle, and information on the Buyers Guide overrides any contrary provisions in the contract of sale. Your rights regarding a vehicle come from that Buyers Guide, your sales documents, and Nevada law. A website's terms of service is not the place to alter them, and we are not going to try.

6. Contacting us

When you contact us, one of two brothers reads it. We answer honestly, including when the answer is that we do not know.

7. Nevada law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. The effective date at the top of this page is always the date of the current version.
