Authentico Auto Sales LLC, doing business as Authentico Auto Sales
3188 E Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89104
Effective date: July 16, 2026
The short version
We collect what you give us and what our website measures. We use it to answer you, to sell you a car, and to stay in touch afterward if you asked us to.
We do not sell your information. We never have and we do not intend to.
If you want to know what we have, or want it changed or deleted, email hello@authenticoautosales.com and a person will handle it.
The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail, because Nevada law requires the detail and because you deserve to see it.
1. Who we are
Authentico Auto Sales LLC is a licensed used vehicle dealer in Las Vegas, Nevada, operating as Authentico Auto Sales. We are two brothers, Erik Trejo and Carlos Trejo. There is no call center and there is no marketing department. When you contact us, one of us reads it.
This policy covers www.authenticoautosales.com and the messages we send you.
2. What we collect
What you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, call us, text us, or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, your email address, your phone number, and whatever you write in the message. If you buy a car from us, we collect what the sale requires, including your address and the identification and paperwork Nevada requires for a vehicle transaction.
What platforms pass to us. If you message us on Facebook Marketplace or respond to one of our advertisements, the platform passes us your name and whatever contact details you chose to share there. See section 4 for what that means.
What our website collects on its own. Like nearly every website, ours measures visits. Through Google Analytics we receive your IP address, general location, device and browser type, the pages you look at, how long you spend, and the site or advertisement that sent you here. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.
Your consent choices. If you tick a box telling us you want text messages, we record that you did, when you did it, and the exact wording you were shown. We keep that record because it is the only honest proof that you said yes.
What we do not collect. We do not currently collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, income information, or credit information through this website. We do not ask for that on any form here.
About financing. We do not currently offer financing applications through this website. When we do, the application will be handled by RouteOne, a third-party finance platform, and the sensitive information in it will live with RouteOne and the lenders, not with us. When that changes, this policy changes first. That is not a courtesy. Financing brings obligations that attach on day one, and a policy describing a business we no longer are is worse than no policy.
3. Categories of third parties we share with
Nevada law requires us to name the categories of third parties who may receive your information. Here they are, and what each one does:
| Category | What they do |
|---|---|
| Website hosting and delivery | Serves our website to your browser |
| Content and records systems | Where our vehicle listings and customer records live |
| Analytics providers | Measures how our website is used |
| Messaging and marketing platforms | Sends the emails and texts you asked for, and manages those conversations |
| Email and productivity providers | Our business email |
| Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) | Runs our advertisements, measures which ones worked, and shows our ads to people who have visited our site |
| Payment, titling, registration, and lending partners | Only if you buy a car, and only what that transaction requires |
| Professional advisors | Our attorney or accountant, if a matter requires it |
| Government agencies | The Nevada DMV and any authority we are legally required to report to |
These companies work for us and are permitted to use your information only to do the job we hired them for.
We also share information when the law requires it, including in response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request, and when we need to protect our rights or someone's safety.
4. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not resell leads, and we are not paid by anyone for your information.
But here is the part most privacy policies leave out, and you should have it.
We advertise on Google and Meta. To do that, we let those platforms place cookies and similar technologies on our website. They collect information about your activity here directly, and they use it to decide which advertisements to show you, here and elsewhere. We do not receive money for this. We pay them. Once those platforms collect your information directly, their own privacy policies govern what they do with it, not ours. We think you should know that rather than discover it.
If you reach us through Facebook Marketplace, or through a lead form hosted by a platform rather than by us, that platform collects your information under its privacy policy, which is different from this one. We receive whatever the platform passes along to us, and from that point forward we handle it under this policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Nevada law gives you the right to tell an operator not to sell your covered information. We do not sell it. But the law entitles you to a designated address for that request, so here it is: hello@authenticoautosales.com. Put "Nevada opt-out" in the subject line and we will confirm in writing.
5. Third parties tracking you across websites
Yes. This happens on our site, and you should know it.
Google and Meta collect information about your activity across different websites over time when you visit ours. Google Analytics measures how our site is used. Google Ads and Meta advertising tools record that you were here, which pages you looked at, and whether you contacted us, so they can measure our advertisements and show you more of them elsewhere.
We use these to understand which of our pages are useful and which advertisements are worth paying for. We do not control what those companies do with what they collect, and their privacy policies, not ours, govern it.
You can limit this. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Google publishes an opt-out for Analytics. Meta and Google both offer ad preference controls. Your phone has advertising settings. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no agreed standard for what responding would mean.
6. Text messages and email
If you gave us permission to text you, here is exactly what that means:
- Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can buy a car and never get a text.
- Marketing consent and reply consent are separate. You can let us answer your question without agreeing to hear about anything else.
- Reply STOP to any text and we stop. Reply HELP and you get help.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. It works.
- We do not buy lists, and we do not text strangers. We text people who gave us their number and told us we could.
7. Reviewing or changing your information
Email hello@authenticoautosales.com. Tell us what you want to see, correct, or delete. A person will read it and reply.
We do not run an automated portal for this, and we are not going to claim we do. It is two brothers and an inbox. That is slower than a button, and it is real.
Some records we are required to keep, and we will tell you if that applies to yours. Vehicle sale records carry legal retention requirements we do not get to override.
8. How long we keep things
We keep customer records for as long as we are doing business with you and afterward, because a car you bought from us in 2026 is a car we want to help you with in 2031. Records tied to a vehicle sale are kept as long as Nevada law requires.
We are not going to promise you a deletion schedule we would have to remember to run. If you want your information deleted, ask us and we will do it, subject to what we are legally required to keep.
9. Security
We protect your information with reasonable measures, including access controls and two-factor authentication on the accounts that hold it.
We are not going to tell you your data is perfectly safe, because nobody can honestly say that. No system is. If we ever suffer a breach that affects your personal information, Nevada law requires us to notify you, and we will.
10. Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we make a material change to this policy, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date, and we will note at the top of the page what changed. If the change is significant and we have your email address, we will tell you directly.
The effective date at the top of this page is always the date of the current version.
